Hello people!

As most people know Sparco (Marco) races his mental LE at the time attack series…(and does it well)

Ive never seen alot of support for Sparco at these events so i want to drum up a bit of support for Marco and the coupe and get more people form the forum there!

Sparco really bust's a gut and does brilliantly every year!

Its also good to see a coupe punching above its weight at such a good event!

Also Time Attack is such a good series and show to go to with lots of car groups there and loads of support for all the others and it’s such a good buzz and day out!

Marco thank you very much mate and i couldn't agree more.

I really appreciate all the support i get and i know that it sometimes doesn't suit people but it really is a very well organised event. Maybe the mods could speak to Rob and Andy about having something official from the FCCUK at some of the events, i would back that up no problem.

The car is still in pieces but it has a new colour scheme for this year and will be running a bit better.

As Marco says i really don't hold back and as well as hopefully challenging for the outright class championship in FWD again this year my aim is to hoepfully be indside the top ten overall in the SuperBattle finals which is no mean feat. There are a good spread of races this year all over the country so hopefully some of you can make it and enjoy the day.

I agree Sparco, If the club sort some thing out with the organisers i will happily set up a club stand, banner or some thing that shows the FCCUK is there supporting you mate!

also people get to see others like Roger clarke, Zen & all the other like your self!!

i intend to be in attendance at at Cadwell and Snetterton, and MAY bring the kids to Oulton Park depending on prior commitments.

Marco20vt, could you start a thread say a couple of weeks before to remind people of these events, or somehow bring it to folks attention? this has been discussed by several members on here but it hasn't been that well publicised imo before....

I'll be at Oulton without fail.

I've followed this series since its incepetion and have to say that Coupe is a beast. Fair play to you, you don't mess around. I'll come and have a nosey at it this year in the paddock... My car will be on the Zero260 stand so look out for it and say hello if you see me loitering near by.

@ Proccy - i will be making it a big thing this year as Sparco really does deserve it!

every race will have a thread and i will do my upmost to bug people about it untill they give in and come!! lol

Thanks very much guys it's greatly appreciated. Brands is a very good track and you can see loads from the back of the pits. I like it too, you can really let it all hang out as no doubt Suba and Nobby will testify. 2009 was a very good day.

When will the rebuild work be finished - and when do we get to see some sneeky pics?

Soon i hope. Engine should be finished this week and mapping the following week. It never goes to plan though.

I will get some pictures up very soon at least of bits and pieces of the car if not the whole car.

Yep - brands indy circuit is great fun - I've been round it lots and raced there.

You never know I may well win the lottery, or get a very large bonus this year and compete too - though I'll be in the Jap camp.

I will try and make one of the meets if I can, but I would prefer it if we arranged a convoy or something so I know there will be a decent coop showing there.......all the venues are quite a distance from me, so might as well make an event of the journey as well

I see there's a few more cars in the FWD class this year. Should make it more interesting, although I gully expect you to be chasing the taxi fleet rather than worrying about those guys.
