Where was every one? Went to this one today and all the club stands looked deserted? Stands were up but looked like every one had deserted it.

Over all it was a bad show, forgetting the weather issues as no one has control over this there was very little there in the way of cars and bikes. It was very stand focused. The parking was shocking, it took longer to park than it did to drive there!

Wont be attending this one again (no slur on you T, I was looking forward to catching up with you today!)

The club pitches were water logged Sam, didn't you notice how many nice cars there were in the car park? I disagree with you I thought it quite good considering the weather was so bad, you can't say they weren't trying didn't you see the Porsche Carrera GT that crashed into the bails? And a Cobra crashed yesterday.
If you read the thread you would have seen that it was only myself, Lesa and Mansilla attending today.

Hi Paul, as I said I wasnt having a crack, I missed the crash I was probably watching the trials bikes. The weather was quite bad. When I asked where was every one, it was refuring to all the clubs, not just fccuk.

When I went 2 years back? There was a massive turn out with all manner or cars.

Like I said they wouldn't let the cars onto the club stands we were all parked in the car park. I was parked next too a Lamborghini Diablo SV, TVR Sagaris, Lancia Delta Evo, jags etc. Did you go into the paddock? There was loads of very rare cars including the Bond cars.

As Paul said, I wasn't there today.

After 4 years of attending this, with hardly any interest from Coupe owners, I decided I'm fed up with using up holidays at work for it and being completely knackered after three days, so decided to have a day for myself.

We were at the preview day yesterday and will be there again tomorrow, with Paul also bravely attending today too.

Yesterdays weather was terrible and our pitch had been moved to another one, due to waterlogging problems and myself and Paul had problems getting off our replacement pitch yesterday too.
Due to more rain, when Paul arrived this morning, the car clubs had been moved to another area.

The dealer stands pay good money to be there and promote their products and all adds to the show in my opinion, including Nissans stand which meant meeting the 2011 GT Academy winner Jann Mardenborough, who happened to be a lovely bloke too cool

Parking may have been shocking due to the severe difficulties and emergency strategies the organisers were having to put in place due to the weather.
They have experienced this bad weather every year, but not this amount of rain on the run up to the show, which has left almost everywhere waterlogged and the organisers having to find places for everyone to park up safely.

People have tried their best to make sure this event turns out to be an enjoyable one and I have every support for the organisers who's attempts have been hampered yet again by the weather.

I was there today and had no issue. I thought it was a really good show. Parking was easy, getting out was as you would expect for a show of the size it is, and the blend of stands kept it interesting. Sure, a lot of exotica stayed in the pits, but i would too. It was greasy on track. But people were still putting on a show.

Fantastic day today as the weather was much better.

Still a few slips and slides in the car, but all good fun laugh

Excellent show and great effort from the organisers to try and keep things to plan despite the weather over the last couple of weeks.

Many thanks to those that came along and made the effort, it's always appreciated cool

Fantastic Day - we could watch the cars go past from our chairs in the Gazebo !

Some amazing and very expensive machinery strolling their stuff round the track.

Thanks to Nana T for organising, and good to see Paul, Lezza, the lads and of course young Nathan who is hilarious cool
