Ok, just to clarify, the link to the application forms for the wheels zone and the parade is: Form 2 and 3. Ignor the club applicatin form (form 1) Please ensure that you add the club you are part of, ie. FFCCUK. So that we can be placed together not as idividuals! Please ensure you opt. For taking part in the Parade, and you will be able to do part of the Top Gear runway run. Then be assembled in the Wheels Zone.
Speedsters, we are no longer going to be allowed to join our comrades in the Zone and will be confined to the Paddock. There is a great possibility that all who have applied for V-Max will be partaking
Further private not yet publically available news: There will be evening entertainment for those wishing to stay on

I've never been to a coupe meeting before and I am considering coming down as well. I will be looking at camping as well due to distance I would be travelling. Can I join the meeting? If so, I will confirm my tickets and camping. Thanks

I sent my forms off today eventually. Really not the most straight foreward thing. After a phone call they will ring me to take payment over the phone which they can do. Cheques? That's paper?

They used to take postal payment? Was that not offered then

Oh, and don't forget the SAE with a £1.00 worth ofpostage included in the application.

I have not had a cheque book for at least five years, or more.

I'm looking at booking camping for 3 days with my 11 year old son. It's going to cost a total of 101 pounds. Is there a discount to be had by being part of the club? In fact am I paying for the right thing here. Weekend camping and weekend for me and the lad.

Quick question. I have booked tickets through the wings and wheels website. Do I have to fill in the form mentioned in the link as I will be with the club? Or am I ok with the booking through the website?

Did you buy them at the retail/public part of the site paying full price, not discounted Wheels Zone entry?
If so you will need to call Nancy Edwards at the Dunsfold events office and chat with her as to how you get included in the "Wheels Zone". If you don't, you will just be in the public car park just like every other Joe.

I'm going to give Nancy a call tomorrow; none of the links seem to work and I don't have an operational printer anyway...
