At the request of one or two S.Wales forum, users....how about a South Wales meet over the festive period.

Obviously there is a shortness of time, but c'mon guys. How about a nice meet over this festive period....provided we can get our doors open and handbrakes off

I'll be in Swansea for a few days between Xmas and New Year so should be able to make it. If it's the 29th (Friday?) the morning would be best for me.

I,m ok at the moment for the gower meet, how about the big carpark in braclet bay,out side the Castlemare restaurant,be good to meet the gang again.

If you keep going on Oystermouth Road past the Big Tesco on your right and the County Hall on your right towards Mumbles.

Enter Mumbles and just don't turn off, you'll drive straight through. After Mumbles, you round the point of the headland and the car park is pretty much first left.

If you get lost, phone me and I'll come and rescue you.

Just to let you guys from the East know, be careful for the Speed Camera in the 50 Zone of the M4 after Port Talbot.

the speed camera above is on the elevated section of the motorway just after the slip road ONTO the M4 at junction 41. there's a few on mumbles road as you head toward the meeting point too

as you come off the m4 there is a roundabout with a little layby on the left... there's usually some random bloke selling potatoes there

if you come off at j42 you'll go down a slip road and join onto the a483. the 1st roundabout you get to there is a small lay-by on the left hand side.

there's a shell garage on the roundabout after j42 if anyone need to fill up. its quite cheap too...

Aye, Fabian Way, only problem is though is that if your heading in towards swansea, once your in the garage, theres nowhere to turn round to get back facing swansea. So you have to head back towards the M4. Well if there is, I havent found it yet lol.

you just have to head back up the dual carriage way untill the traffic lights and come back down again
