I'm tempted Mike but the LE's not in for its respray until the 8th October and it looks like a shed at the moment. Its not even got a full set of matching seats because the drivers one is being retrimmed. James

Warwickshire? Well that's about a close as meets seem to get for me so could be up for this. Might try convincing some mates to come, but they'll be in Jap stuff sadly!

How much is this? Driving on the test track appeals and I didn't know they had go-karts there too (probably sh!te ones though)! I'll be coming from MK. Anyone want to convoy it and turn up in style?

Woah it's ony £10 on the door. Sold I think.
I bet a lot of people will be meeting up at that pub! I'm not an early bird though. Least of all on Sundays, but yeah, very short convoy...

last year we met at the Saxon Mill at 10ish then drove down. Unfortunatley i don't think i'll be coming as i had my first ever accident this morning. Whilst the coupe is drivable it doesn't look too good

thanks James, were okay, coop and my pride & confidence a bit dented but nothing a body shop shouldn't be able to sort. Oh and a split washer fluid tank. Gives me an opportunity to sort out a few other bits as well. Did anyone get down to AutoItalia, photos anyone ?

I didn't go. The person I was planning on going with blew me out and I'm not the type to go by myself. Was it a good show? What was the deal with use of their test track and the Karting?

Test track/proving ground run was £25 and ran twice during the day I believe. I managed to get a spot on the 2nd stint in my bravo as like a last send off for it as it was the last show I'll go to with her Was 3 laps wit ha stop on the first straight for piccys. There was a silver coupe out on the same run as me and it had a little blast against a 156 gta on the back straight which was good to watch (from behind of course, as if I'd keep up in my bravo!). Karting was £5, I did it the previous 2 years and it was ok. not powerful ones though so chose not to have a go this year and go on the track instead Because of the crappy weather it started to empty come 3-4pm and I chose to leave shortly after then. Was an ok show, there were a hell of a lot of lambo's there.. more than I've ever seen.. completely upstaged the ferrari's who didn't even seem to make an effort to turn up Problem with this show is that after you've been once to the museum it gets a bit samey. Cheers, Dan

Dan the silver coop was me (i remember you from fiatboo i used to have a yellow 155) there was 2 other coops there a porto and a black one, didn't see where they went after the first blast down the straight, surprised me how i pulled away from them. I had a good fight with that 147gta was dead even in 2nd, 3rd and 4th but he was creeping away in 5th but i had a passenger and he was by himself. The most fun was the integrale i was crapping it being next to him, but pulled away from him everytime we went for it. I could get a good 5 car lengths in front in 2nd, 3rd and 4th. Shame we didn't get chance to go round the bends fast wanted to try out the suspension. I will be going round there next year hopefully get more then 145mph ( pace car slowed ) Ash

There was defo fun to be had, not as hard as a proper track day but can still give the car full beans without worrying about your license. I was looking out for you too mcmike wanted to have a blast with you
