I do want to do the growl off though, come on guys mine's only got 16 valves surely I won't be louder than your mighty 20

If we park our 16's next to each other, and both rev simultaneously - we might win? - I only have 12 Valves at the moment

Until the other 15 or so rev their 5-pots all together of course

Don't worry Eks I'm sure the Wortec beast will make up for your 4 missing valves

I think having "maybe" after my name is a little ambitious tbh, but I'll still do my best. Going to be difficult though what with being extremely drunk and hungover from the party night before, having to do boring birthday related things on the Sunday, and then having to reserve enough energy to stay up (drinking ofc) until the end of the Superbowl that evening

I take it given the above, if I do make it to this meet it will give me some kind of respect?!

Weather is looking okay for this. Overcast and definitely not as cold as the last one.

If you've not been before, there are loads of other cars (of all varieties) there, and a great modern cafe for hot tea and sausage rolls!! It's a good meeting place

Just to confirm, I will not be coming to this one - the only long journey left for my car (for the foreseeable future) is to Joe's rehabilitation clinic/graveyard whatever he deems best.

Really sorry people but I'm not going to be able to get there till late I've got to take a car to Essex for 8.30 in the morning.

I should be there, in the Stag if its dry (maybe) if not the Coopster

just to confirm, i WILL be there although at one stage at motormech it looked like i wouldn't be getting there. this was due to the hydraulic lift failing with my car in the air


sorted in the end, although not all the work i wanted doing was done, so back there in 2 weeks.....

on the other hand, great couple of hours at the pub with the paul and the lads...
