If the coupe is gone, ill pop up in what ever other car I have or the 500 and park in the car park! Ill be the one looking at other peoples cars as inspiration for my next vehicle!

Give me petrol money for the 300 mile round trip and I won't drop out tongue Christ - that's a full tank (probably, knowing my less than relaxed driving style, more than a tankfull!) just to go to a meet! I'm definitely out!

Pretty sure yours will be the shiniest example there anyway so probably get the most attention.

Poor Belano would be all mucky and filthy by the time I'd driven her down there! She would receive only scorn and I'd get a slap on the wrist frown

Cor blimey, but, that's what happens when you put your name down for a meet......

There are these new fangled contraptions found at petrol stations all over the country. If my memory serves me correctly, you pay a few pounds and point a stick thing with a trigger on it at your car. Water comes out and I believe this washes the mud away. There called jet squashes or something like that wink

Well, at the time of putting my name down for a meet - there was this thing, paper like and in abundance in my wallet. Since that time, the papery stuff has all disappeared - perhaps on the new car....perhaps on alcohol....perhaps on women of the night...perhaps I just lost it all, who knows!? (I know)

Jet washers? Belano? NEVER! shocked

Also living ooop North I'm rather used to petrol stations not opening til after 9 so my presumption was that there would not be such a service in t'middle of the country at such a daft o clock wink

Won't make it tomorrow. I found out yesterday that the people building the block up for John won't have it done until at least Monday. They've had the block for knocking on 3 weeks now and have just realised they'll need an oil pump gasket to finish the job frown

Are we expecting the weather to be dry tomorrow? BBC are not forecasting rain, so looks as if it is going to be OK...

You'll need to mate, you know that driving fast increases the chances of getting bug splat on your car - and you know how I feel (or how anal I am) about my little precious! laugh

Cool, the weather looks like it will be fine. It's been raining here all day, so the coupe is not clean, but if I get a chance I'll give it a go before I leave in the morning. See you guys at the pub.

Yes thanks for finally turning up Sam tongue laugh

What a lovely morning, weather was spot on, didn't enjoy waiting 40 minutes for the bacon butty though frown

Some really nice examples there today, love the DB5 with the James Bond arm rest with driver aid switches, could of done with some guns and rockets for the M6 drive home punch rolleyes and the V8 Robin 3 wheeler looked wicked crazy

Picks of today are here.
