Most Original in UK?

Found a 16v N plate for sale at local garage,original Fiat dealer and one owner car,.Was the demo car for Fiat,Robert McCall in Ayr. Has only 9800 miles on clock and is toatally original apart from exhaust. Its immaculate in Green with fabric interior. Says its for sale at the right price,around 3.5 k
For someone wanting the most original coupe this must be up there,no?

Ahem. One owner from new...

Tell you though, I'd be worried about 9800 on the clock. Budget for a complete suspension rebuild, engine strip, clean, shells, belts, valve grind (or at least clean and check), new brake pipes etc...
