Alloy radiators - alternative to Pro Alloy / Pace? - 13/06/2014 13:28

Hey guys,

is there a chance to buy an OE one, with the core made of alloy instead of copper???
My OE radiator needs to be changed and I am looking for an alloy version as I am quite disappointed about the OE copper one leaving me just after 6 years.
Can be an uprated one but doesn't have to be PA/Pace, as they are above the 500 mark..

Thanks, Jochen

An Alloy one will crack, as the front end of the coupe flexes. The only way around this is to mount it 'loosely'. I expect a cheap (sub £500) one will just be more prone to this...

I would just go with the stock one - 6 years out of one is more than most people get! smile
