Renewal online not working

Hi guys, I've sent payment through for my renewal but the online information bit isn't working. I completed all the required boxes and tried to send it, but get the following:

error while retieving data
UPDATE mem_clubmembers SET `title` = 'Mr', (plus a load of other stuff ie all the personal details I filled in which I've removed for the purposes of this post!)

Some of my details do seem to have changed compared to what's stored on record so I probably could do with submitting them somehow, can anyone advise please?
