I'll start this one off then...

We'll be travelling from Herefordshire, M5 Junction 8.
People welcome to stay at the pub the night before as tradition holds

Will be travelling up some point Saturday 13th January morning/lunchtime (hangover dependant)

Well i'll be joining the M1 at the A14 and I guess you'll be joining at Donington so how about Donington Services?

We will be coming up on the M5, so if there's a meeting point there, then fine, otherwise usual place Donnington Services seems to be a good idea.

As Bobbs says, I think the time will be largely influenced by rate of alcohol consumption the previous evening .

Maybe, but it usually helps when arranging a meeting point to have everyone turn up at least somewhere near the same time!
