South/Hants convoy to SE meet - 1st July

Yeah yeah, I might not have a Coupe anymore, but am getting tempted back into ownership, so I'll be popping along on the 1st.

There's a few of us coming from the south coast/Hampshire, so how about a convoy - maybe meet at the northbound Fleet Services?

Good idea Simon ! 007 and I had already thought about this, but you beat us to the post. Fleet seems like as good a place as any .

I'd estimate that it will be about an hour from there to the pub (M25 speed cameras will make sure of that !), so shall we aim to meet up about 10am at Fleet, leaving the services at 10.30 with anyone that has managed to make it?

Phil, after 10 years of driving the M25 at mostly + speeds I wouldn't worry.

That said, don't speed and do sleep well

Simon, I don't think that Chris (007) is coming now . Truffle usually gets lost in Hampshire, so I'm sure he'd be up for a bit of direction from us ! Pfoe isn't far away from Fleet as well .

I'm happy to go in a convoy (its the only way that'll stop me from ending up in Nottingham), but i want to spend as little money on petrol as possible. So I plan to be sitting at 70 on any motorways. and not doing any blasts on B roads.

It'll be M3 and M25 most of the way, so no B-road blasting. I'll be in the Skoda, which will happily sit at 70....

I'll be leaving from Ferndown about 9 or so, I'll make sure you don't get lost

I'm going to try and make it, if i do i'll be at fleet around 10

I *might* be staying in London the night before, if so then I won't be at Fleet on Sunday morning, I'll convoy down with the Surrey guys.
