Hmm, and apparently Ltd addition 2.0 Turbo. Despite the fact it had no skirts/lips so can't be ltd addition, oh and it doesn't even have the 2.0 turbo alloys. Completely false advertising.

quite amusing really.

Jokingly rang up about this coop, guy was proper Chavey, clearly a dealer, as i texted initally asking about the "car" for sale, so he rang and asked which car i was on about !! muppet.

It needs a new bottom end apparently, thats y it is soooooooo cheap, and gr8 value as he said. He could get it fixed (bodged) if the buyer required for a small increase to asking price.

Complete muppet, struggled not to laugh when he actually said Panini ferinna, its funny reading it, try not laughing when some1 says it to you, without realising their wrong!!

HA HA

Trades Description Act?

Why? Because somebody has listed something in error? Yes he's a muppet, but it's highly unlikely that it's intentional or that you could prosecute him for it

You can if he is a trader IIRC.

He has falsely described the product, and as a trader, it is his responsibility to make sure it is described correctly.

I think you'd be hard pushed to say that it is falsely advertised. You'd have to start by defining what limited edition means

Before you'd even got that far you could simply ask him to revise the ad

I don't really think the trades descriptions act is there to punish people for genuine errors

True, but defining what a turbo is would be much easier, and as myself and FLea have already said, it isn't a turbo.

Panini Ferrino? Hope it doesn't come with mayonnaise (under the oil cap)

Is it a toasted Tony Ferrino sandwich?

Could be a 1996 16VT (can't see the badge), they had those wheels

This reminds me of when I owned a coupe not so long ago and people would get in and try and read the pininfarina badge on the dash, must have had at least 20 different pronunciations.

Should I remove my sig pic now, seeing as its not my car anymore? I know I should but its hard

Marc

It's beyond my IT skills to use it, so be my guest!

Derek

PS I'd be happier with it if the insurance would arrive and I could tax it. Any post from the local camera partnership?
