I'm a reasonable man, but when people move to an area near to a motor racing circuit or airfield then complain about the noise, then they should be delivered to Brewster for him to deal with as he sees fit.

That I'd like to see: could be the next reality tv show!

The cynic in me wonders if the latecomers bought their houses with a view as to how much more they'd be worth if only that nasty smelly noisy race track wasn't there, dahlings.

Why did I skim read this to read "Mallory in Amsterdam"

I thought George Mallory had been raised from the dead and was making up for lost time in the red light district !

I feel for the owners of Mallory, the trackday organisers who earn a living from it as well as local business that benefits from the track being open and also for anyone local who is employed to work there

I hope the new residents are happy with what they've done and enjoy their new peaceful lives, knowing that others have been ruined

Sounds like the "landlord" was also being rather inflexible/greedy
