mr_tickle OP Club member 1455 Competition Level Joined: Nov 2007 Posts: 2,084 Pontypool	I don't dissagree that the mini is a classic, its that with only around 5K ish coupes left in the UK, and probably 500k+ minis left, it will hardly dissapear from UK roads anytime soon. I'm not so sure about the MK2 Golf and MR2 - I would prefer a Mk1 in both.

Spee Unregistered S	The Mk 2 Golf was superb, in every way better than the Mk1 and Mk3! Hence classic status. The Mk2 MR2, I dunno, it's a good car, there is no denying this, but the Mk1 is dynamically better and certainly the bolder design. Not sure about the 7 Series BMW either, but 205 GTi, without a doubt, one of the finest cars ever produced despite being built out of rice paper. G
