Does make you sigh in relief when you read this!

Apart from obvious scratches and chips I'm not going to bother with sorting out the body work at the moment, my doors look a bit like someone has tried to straighten a crumpled rizla paper.

which leaves:

Hazard lights dont work banghead
Cambelt
Clutch
Oil change
Oil filler cap leaks
Electric mirrors dont work
windscreen chip
slight coolant leak
remove and clean skirts
clean up exhaust outlet
passenger seat doesn't lock back when tipped
Rear wash spray doesnt work
undertray missing
paint rocker cover
de-grease engine
new coolant tank
slight rust on rear arches
Light covers polish
de gunk and paint centre console

Scorpion cat-back gets fitted tonight laugh

POST REVIVAL!!

Here's what I need to do between now and the end of summer...
1. Fit Hybrid - Taffy (March)
2. Fit FMIC - Taffy (March)
3. Remap at uncle fleas (March/April)
4. Change EBV or fit a PRV (overboosting) (ASAP)
5. Check Pinin badge sill behind the rear 1/4 panel, seal any leaks and treat with waxoyl or similar (Spring/Summer)
6. Check the cause of my occasional damp carpet (Spring/Summer)
6. Buy LE lips from Mauruisz (end of this month)
7. Bodyshop: (Spring/summer)

* Spray and fit Lips, skirts and Zender rear valance
* repair crack in rear bumper (rear lip hides 99%)
* replace missing reflector from bumper (it's in glovebox)
* respray rear bumper

8. Respray Plus alloys in a groovy silvery gunmetal colour (like Danthemanc's)
9. Clean up engine bay and polish rocker cover
10. replace budget rear tyres with michelins to match fronts

Phew! glad I got that off my chest.

Coopless!

I think maybe my car isn't so bad after all!

It's my daily driver and work car so 000's miles per month.

The list runs:

Passenger rear qtr dull paint - poor repaint some time in it's life
Lots of dings and chips down each side
Scuff on the pax rear bumper
Stone chips on the nose and a small dent right on the front edge of the bonnet.
Drivers door stay broken - have new, just no time to fit yet
Wheels need refurbishing
Wheel arch lips beginning to bubble front and back plus paint erosion through winter use
Full service coming up in the next couple of weeks
Belts due this year

But the worst thing is the bloody awful squealing from the front brakes - my fault fitted new discs & pads on Christmas eve and just have not found time to sort this problem

Oh and the rear wash does not work

...and it needs a damn good clean

Following another visit to Solo Italia yesterday and with a VIS manifold and new radiator fitted not much for a change.

However if I could really justify it, I'd sort out the various paintwork issues on mine with a full respray. However with prices rock bottom on Coupes at the moment, I just can't justify it.
