It's truly heartbreaking for the parents and family to have to come to terms with this devastatingly sad news what courage they are showing, that letter has me in tears as I am writing, you just never know what's awaiting you in life and I can speak from experience I had a heart attack was fortunate to recover had the bypass and cherish each day and the time I can spend with my children and grandchildren.

What a devastating story. Kids should be spared the shit that can happen in life, as we know from this forum it isn't always the case.

I agree with T_V the response has proved that by and large people are decent, despite what the press would have us believe. Looks like he's going to need a bigger venue.

We need to check on this event, I've just had a text to say that it's an invite only event now due to the large numbers of people wishing to attend. The venue can only hold between 1000-1500 cars.

Is anyone on there that can ask the question?

As a parent it's not something you would even want to think about .

If I were ever given a wish it wouldn't be for money or power but that my kids would live happy healthy lives.

Well done for hosting this, I will definitely go if there's room.

I'm not a parent but don't have to be to realise the gravitas!
