It was amazing, an incredible feet of engineering that they managed to get a successful launch of a new vehicle a two boosters back in to land. The some what interesting payload made it in to orbit and we will see if they are able to re-light the engine after its trip though a little bit of radiation. Still no news on the center stage but I think its fair to say it probably didnt make a soft on target landing. It did seem to be kicking up quite a lot of material back in to the camera.

samsite999 OP I AM a Coop S Joined: Oct 2007 Posts: 11,159 ,	Confirmed that center core did not land, well, it did just rather quickly, around 300mph. It depleted its fuel and was not able to reignite the outer engines

It was like CGI from a new Thunderbirds film Apparently the centre stage was 'guided' down close to the pontoon but entered the sea at approx. 300mph as you said.
