Ive got my dirty mits on this today, its adder's old 20vt+ rather well known for being rather minty and meticulously
kept.

Sadly it now looks like this:

So i can either hack it, which is perfectly fine by me, or if
some adventurous buyer is interested in it i will repair it.

Would need to be seen and sold as is, may sound mental yes, but its not the worst one sold, plenty of people on the forum trust me with missing engines and chunks of body missing.

Well down to the car, its done 90K but has a brand spanking new engine fitted by power fiat iirc, done 40-50k again iirc. Full history and 3 keys. Owner was paid 6k for it.

Well i can fully repair it and give it one of our near best paintjobs, so without doubt it would be more minty mint than before, all done and ANY jobs for £4750. Cheap i think.

It will be repaired to an undetectable repair standard, and im rather sure, well 100% sure it would only leave us better than when the previous owner had it in its original glory!

Got to be worth fixing. It was a decent example before it got clobbered. I doesn't actually look any worse/different from mine, and Carl's repairing that. Fix. But not til after mine's done!!

Told me on the phone the boot had been repainted because someone scratched it. Met the chap in Cambridge to have a look, and that's when he told me about the Cat C

Apparently, he turned into a road and hit a parked car. O/S front chassis rail was bent, bonnet wrecked etc.

The whole repair looked good though... in the rain
