It seems like he's put it up for slightly more than he's expecting to get. I'd say set at that price he should expect to get offers under 4k.

IMO offers under 4K means offers closer to 3K anything above 3.5K IMO is too much. Service history - but is it FSH. new engine at 47k, but how many miles on new engine...was it even NEW???? Wrong answers to these questions and I'd say 3K tops. Very wrong answers to these and the price keeps dropping.

The "I'll tell you about that!" thing makes me instantly not trust the ad, but tbh that's only because I'm an untrusting kind of person, and it's probably more a case of the seller not wanting to go into loads of detail about the last engine got fccuked through lack of oil and getting ragged stupid from cold

lol, just kidding btw. But as per above, I'd check all the gaps in the info, esp the service history and so on.
