Improvements
Standard brakes are poor (but I fixed that), turbo lag when changing up at low revs (new dump valve seems to have fixed that), relatively hard ride (new 225/45 tyres have made the ride more supple), standard Clarion head unit too fiddly (replaced by Kenwood unit fitted in previous cars).
Comment
This is likely to be a long term ownership experience, there's nothing else to match it for the money (expect perhaps and Intgrale EVO). Wrote a couple of articles on buying a Coupe for Used Car Buyer (Oct 99) and AutoItalia (Aug 00).
