I have been using this for a few years. In the last few days my PC has been doing strange things. i.e. I click on a wesite from a google search and it goes to other random sites? i.e I clicked on multimap and it opened ebay????

I tried running spybot, but the programme won't load. I uninstalled Spybot and tried to re- load it but It appears that thier website no longer exists.

I have run a full virus scan today but think i may have spyware issues. Spybot had imunised me from these previously (or so I was led to believe)

Restart your PC into safe mode then run spybot.

When you turn your PC on repeatedly hit F8 and when the menu comes up select safe mode with networking. Run spybot and any anti virus program you have from there.

The S & D website is still there, I just checked!

I can't run S&D from safe mode because I just deleted it.

System restore to an earlier point, prior to when you deleted it.

Boot to safe mode with networking and try downloading it from those. The malware / spyware is messing with your internet browser.

i Have found the free Microsoft Essentials is very good at clearing the nasty stuff off the pc, it has cleared trojans etc that Spybot, Combofix and malwarebytes missed ??

If you have S&D on your PC, but cant access it, its most probably the virus which wont let you run it
