One thing's for sure - you need better boost control!

Is this the curve:

or is it this:

Because indeed the first graph looks like a massive boost peak! What turbo is this?

The purple wiggly line on the 2nd graph is the boost profile.

It appears your EBV is not holding bost correctly and causing it to pulse - can you feel it while driving?

I'd recommend a manual boost controller or something like a Greddy/Apexi

I'm talking about first graph 300bhp/400Nm

Boost peak is about 1.5 bar

The turbo is hybrid 60mm trim with A/R 0.64 5 bolts
3'' down pipe nad exaust
FMIC
FPR 3.8

graph looks ok to me, good early spool up for a gt28r which is what i am assuming you have, bit of a boost spike when coming on to full boost if its hitting 1.5bar but a decent boost controller should sort that out along with the pulsing as shown on your boost graph

other than that looks good

A 60 trim hybrid is not a gt28r, it is a stage 2 hybrid, and a hybri wouldnt need a 5 stud down pipe as its a standard turbo with V band, machine to allow a bigger compressor to be put in,,, so is it a hybrid or a GT series turbo?

Depends on what you are after. Thats a lot of boost to produce around 300hp. A larger turbo and headwork can give similar results at a lower boost level.

All comes down to your driving style and how you want to power to delivered i.e. fast spool-up or big upper end torque?

In any case you have a nice setup. Good work.

well it sounds like a gt28r to me as a gt28r uses a 60trim wheel (same as a gti-r, stage 2 hybrid) but has a 0.64a/r turbine housing and a 5 stud exhaust turbine outlet as described

a hybrid turbo (stage 2 as it is referred to on this post) uses a standard 0.49a/r turbine housing with 2inch v band outlet

it's possible that they call the turbos hybrids rather than gt series turbos in poland where he is from

Probably doug yes I agree about GT being a hybrid over there, however a Gti-r is a 62 trim anyway. I'd go with a GT series judging by the 5 stud etc, however technicalaties count on this forum aparantly, so let's get it right boys

I agree - but the "proper" (Garrett) name is a GT2560R aka GT28R

60.1mm exducer compressor wheel, 60 trim:

http://www.turbobygarrett.com/turbobygarrett/catelog/Turbochargers/GT25/GT2560R_466541_1.htm

However, 1.5 bar from this turbo is right on the edge of it's performance envelope....

One of these you mean?

60.1 mm compressor wheel, 62 trim:

So a 60mm compressor is a 62 trim? Which is a gti-r

Not exactly.

A 60mm exducer compressor wheel can have more than one trim. In the GT2560R the trim is 60. In the GT2860RS the trim is 62. This is because the inducer size is different. The GT2560R has an inducer size of 46.5mm whilst the GT2860RS has an inducer size of 47.2mm.

Today I sent the turbo for replacement 62 trim compressor wheel and turbine wheel with 10 blades.

For example Garrett 28R has 11 blades, 28RS has 9 blades i think that will helps with quick spool up.

In terms of power, I would expect to see 320-340bhp

The best tuning chip thumb

Does the graph show wheel HP or crank HP? I'm guessing crank but I want to be sure.
