I tried not to worry too much about it not turning up, thinking they'd be having an extended Christmas break, but they're still not answering calls today and they're very much south of the border so you'd expect them to be back.

If anyone lives near and gets chance to pass by over the next day or two to see if they're at least open I'd be very grateful. Unfortunately it was bought using a debit card, not a credit card, so getting a refund might not be so easy and I've been told it was one of the £100+ ones so not an insignificant amount to throw away.
