Vague specs, from memory:

- 8-bit processor, about as bright as a demented bumblebee
- 640 *bytes* of RAM
- 1kB ROM
- 16 bits of parallel I/O

That's about as useful as some of the smallest single-chip controllers you can get, at a fraction of the speed, and they are under 20p each...
