Im looking to move, The new place is a short walk and falls under the same exchange.
Upon phoning them I was told that I cannot take my number and nor can I put a forwarder on the number to my new number.

Is this genuinely the case as it wont be the first time I have been given duff info from there CS and frankly I cannot believe the service is not offered?
