Having got my dates hopelessly wrong for Le Mans, count me in for Saturday!

Saturday is ok, thanks.

I'm afraid you won't be able to get on the grounds to our Club stand on Sunday afternoon.
All vehicles have to be in place by 10am I think, each day and you won't be able to leave until after 4pm.

If you can make it on Sunday morning and stop the day, that would be great

ok will stop until sun early eve as want to be on stand, what facilities are there for camping?

Camping is available at £10 and you pay on arrival for that.

I've never camped there, so am unsure what facilities there are.

The beer tent is open all evening and there are toilets, so if you bring your own food, I don't think there would be much more that you'd need

Anyone wishing to attend this event on any of the days, please let me know by the 30th April.

I will be back from the Spa trip by then and I will need to send in details of vehicle registration numbers, etc.

Sorry, but myself and the main organisers start sorting this months in advance and I'm not dicking around trying to accomodate people like I have in previous years.

It's a good event, it's free and you have the chance to display your car for all to see, as well as looking at 100's of other sporty, nice, rare and vintage cars.

Ive booked the friday afternoon off work so I'll be getting there around 3 ish on the friday afternoon and setting up camp for the weekend.

You'll have to ask the organisers of Tatton Park show that one, who, incedently, start organising this event at least six months in advance, if not longer, for 100's of cars.

It's not some spur of the moment decision like 'oh, I fancy ragging my car around a sprint track on the same weekend as the Tatton and Autoitalia shows'

Don't forget, I'll be seeing you tomorrow, so might be wise not to wind me up

I'm sorry, the entry form has now been submitted to the organisers, with all the registration numbers, so I can no longer accept anyone else on the stand for this.

Oh thats a shame, can i stil jst turn up and pay on the gate? Know won't be parked with you lot but least i can come along and meet a few members ect.

Yes Clive you can turn up and park in the main carpark and then come into us.
