There's my old porto on the end of the row

That was the Alfa concours year I think, with the top gear cars. This year looks to be national Maserati Club Concours. I'll take a look to see if I can make it.

Sadly, its a no this year. I'm on holiday. It was a good one last year.

Yep i'm looking at getting my project car to this one for it's first outing/show, body work wont look to good but
hopefully she should be mechanically sound under neath, mot on monday

It's a shame - I won't be there this year, as the Club has booked Curborough for the day - far more fun to be had thrashing a few Coupes round a tight little sprint track, although I'll miss gawping at all the exotica at Stanford Hall

It's more or less on my way home from Tatton Park on Saturday evening, so it would be rude not to.

Just about to set off..... late but I'll be there

Rob, Sophia and I had left about 20 minutes before Bob arrived unfortunately.

Let us say the weather was not great,windy raining and cold, we only saw 3 Ferraris whose owners had taken them out in the wet, but lots of Maseratis to see.

The grass was so wet that it soaked through my shoes which were still wet after 100 or so miles cooking with the heater fully on.
When I got home my feet had turned a dark porto blue colour from the dye. It seems to remain in skin better than it does in leather, It simply won't all come off.

It was good to meet odenutter who brought his dark red 20vt to the event. Richard, if you log in and click on the flashing envelope at the top of your screen there is a pm for you.

Apologies guys but too wet for us - I had the kids with me today and they would not have stood yomping around the field in the cold. (18 degrees colder than last Sunday!) Simply has not stopped raining all day round us. Well done to those that went. Seems this one is prone to bad weather luck over the last few years.......

When I got close I thought I had better get fuel, cash and something for lunch. I left the A14 and popped into Market Harborough. Big mistake with traffic though

As for the day, met a few Coupé folks, two more turned up whilst I was there (Porto 20Vt and a Silver 20V). Also sent time chatting to a fellow with a really nice Alfa 166.

Sorry I missed this guys but I had some jubilee duties, chasing the queen down the themes with my wife!
