Has anyone else had bad experiences with them?
I have just cancelled my insurance (paid up front £300 +£30 fee) and with 4 months left I am getting £20 back!
Deducted from the pro-rata amount:
£40 fee from underwriter £25 cancellation fee £16.41 commission fee
That plus the initial £30 fee when I signed up I think is a bit of a joke.
They also got the paper work wrong at the start and kept threatening to cancel my insurance due to not having the forms (which they did). Top this all off with very rude customer service reps.
Anyway rant over. Time to complain. Who knows, I might get something out of it..

Really? Wow, I'm sure I only got charged a £20 cancellation fee from my last insurer. Will check the t&c's before going any further with it.
Got a car query for you Dan so will PM you now.
Cheers

I had a claim with flux they were useless they said I had to deal direct with the insurer & they couldn't help me so what's the point in having a broker.then the insurer wouldn't answer the phone or get back to me it took me 3 days to contact them then after 3 months of chasing every other week they accepted a 60/40 payout in my favour against the other party when it was 100% there fault. I was oh so happy NOT Wouldn't touch them if it was free.
