Anybody know if the rear trailing arms are solid or hollow? and how durable they are?

All my paint has now come away from them, basically just lifted of and flaked away

Do they just want wire brushing and repainting or should i be thinking of replacing them?
Can they be purchased New in the UK?

Cheers Rich

The rear arms are hollow and they do deteriorate with age to a point it upsets the rear geometry.

New are still listed with Fiat but they're not cheap.

If yours are just corroded knock/scrap off the worst of the rust and coat with hammerite and then spray the inside with waxoil through the hole on the underside.
