Don't leave it running at all. Simply backing off the throttle for the last mile or so of your journey will do the trick.

+1 for an easy last mile or two, should be plenty of time for cooling. I've never left mine running at the end of my journey.

I let mine tick over for no longer than a minute when I pull in just to make sure the turbo isn't spinning it's bum off when I turn off so not to runs dry of oil

It's ye olde non water jacket turbos that needed to be left running as they only had oil to let them cool, although the coupe is by no means modern it's. Also not a 1980's machine. As people have said, as long as you don't thrash it up to your front door don't worry.
