Look like I'm going to be giving up Bacon Butties unless I can get this grill fixed!

I could post this on facebook but I can only imagine the offers I would get! So where do you go when you are in a fix......... FCCUK! So my problem is...............

Can gas cookers be serviced? Ours is quite a good one from Cannon and isn't that old - about 5 years. It's been fine but just lately the grill keeps going out and you have to keep re-lighting it! In fact only a third of it lights and you have to gently blow to get the rest of it to light. When it's in a mood it goes out again after 30 seconds or a minute or so. There is fan assist air blowing from somewhere too which I think is odd when the grill is on. Mrs c2d doesn't know whether it's always had air on or not.

Any opinions? can it be fixed or is it new cooker time?
Thanks you in advance c2d smile

First thing that comes to mind is your gas pressure it can be adjusted and may be worth getting the pressure checked! but beyond that I don't know, I'm not a gas fitter!
Don't the gas suppliers do a free safety check?
