I've noticed there are 2 different rear brake pad designs. Older design Newer design The later pads look to have an improved design. It would also appear from the diagram that they should fit in the earlier calipers. Listings are all over the place, has anyone tried?

you can adapt the rear pads from lancia delta evo that are 1.5cm larger than coupè thereby brake better

most coupès needs refurbing the rear calipers and set the handbrake cable too, none do it and the handbrake doesn't work
the lever that engage the piston have to be turned until you feel like a "click"

Ive never had a problem with my rear brakes to be honest and i can feel them working unlike alot of coupes i have driven, plus my hand brake works on whatever hill i decide to park on. every year when my car gets a service i make sure they re grease the compensater, hand brake cables and the rear brake caliper sliders to make sure they stay nice which i guess alot of people dont bother with

I have recently replaced mine. I initially ordered the new design to go with the new discs, but the newer design steps do not locate very well in the carrier, I sent them back and requested the older design, that fit more securely and travel better in the carrier. I purchased Mintex Pads and Mintex Discs.
