In the driving seat!
I live in France and my son is just over 15 but can start learning to drive. He has passed his theory test and now has to have 20 lessons. Then He has to drive 3000kms with his parents before he can pass his test at 17.5 yrs old. I went to the insurance company to put him on my wife's insurance and was amazed to learn that he can be added to my insurance to drive my 20VT as a raw learner! He seems keen to drive the coupe but I am getting a number of enquiries about selling the coupe as it seems to be very sought after. Funny old life!

Hey Guzbod! How's tricks in France? My younger daughter passed her test last year using the "conduite accompagnée" system, the older one passed the year before using the other method (whose name I've forgotten). Good luck to your lad, but watch out for the speed cameras in the Coupé...

Don't be silly - those French speed cameras are *enormous*. You'd never get one in a coupe.

They're kids, what do they need names for, anyway?

Hi Jim, doing OK. Get a lot of people admiring the coupe and some muppets wanting to race but I ignore them. Have you still got your place you were renovating or did you sell it?

Muppets get everywhere! We sold our place a few years back - right at the bottom of the market! My kids (whose names I've now remembered) are now living in Saint Lunaire, near Dinard. Although the younger one is studying in Rennes. Is your lad doing International section for his bac?
