Anyone know of published prices for classic cars.

motor - valuation - proof of condition

should the club keep a history of sold coupe prices to assist owners with market values ?

Try looking at Practical Classics on line edition, they have lists of Classic car value guides there.

Anyone can look through the coupes for sale section and see what prices have been asked, but that will not necessarily show what has been achieved. "The Club", as you put it, has no further information than that. Nor does it have the people to do so.

It is run by a very small group of volunteers who do have other things to do in their lives. Requests for other people to volunteer and help are almost always ignored.

16VT and X1/9 1500

We must all do our part for the planet.
I unplugged a row of electric cars that nobody was using.

Trouble is, those ones in Practical Classics are original, some better than others. Fully restored Coupes, we are looking at the record of restoration.
This opens up a can of worms with insurers, no names, no pack drill, they don't understand difference between "book" and "restoration" value, the ones I've dealt with certainly don't.
Two have gone through FCSS full restoration recently, their values will now be over 20K for the Chrono, the other over 15K for the Speed Red.
