Too hot for a Roast!!!

We'll be having cold ham with a selection of salads and, of course, prawns and oysters followed by Pavlova for dessert topped with tropical fruits and cream. All washed down with a cold beer or a "cheeky" little White, Australian of course.

Chicken as none of my lot like turkey. Gammon joint for cold meat and also pulled pork shoulder on boxing day
