No mention of the Coop. Okay, it's not the best handling car ever but there is still something quite significant about it like, you know, the 20vt being the fastest FWD production car when it was launched. rolleyes

Yep, I agree. I think the Coupe is a little left field for the mainstream reviews. Low production volume too, unlike Golfs and Civics, so doesn't quite make it in.

Sometimes it seems that the Coop is such an unknown, forgotten car that if Fiat ever wanted to make a sports car, one of their designers could just draw a picture of a Coop and show it to the bosses, who would take one look at it and say, ''That's a Fiat........................that has to be made immediately!!!''

Lets hope so ! A coupe would be a great addition. There are rumours of a 124 Coupe being made, which would be nice. Just hope they put a powerful enough engine in it.

Apparently, "our" Coupe design could just as easily ended up with an Alfa badge on it.

It's replacement did! I was following an Alfa GT yesterday and thought again how much it was essentially a replacement for the Coupe. A shame it hasn't been replaced within the Fiat group lineup.
