As above I’ve forgot how to change the colour to orange display on the clarion CD player

There were various Clarion head units fitted, but for the ARX7170R as fitted to my early 1996 20vt the instructions to switch between green and amber are as follows:

1. Press ADJ button (bottom left)
2. Use up/down buttons (square shaped knob, top left) to select GENERAL then press the ENT button (press down centre of square shaped knob)
3. Use left/right buttons on square knob to select ILLUM
4. Use up/down buttons (square knob) to select COLOR-1 (green) or COLOR-2 (amber)
5. Press ADJ button (bottom left)

Got a manual comming now so should be sorted cheers

On the 7370 you still have an ADJ button at the 5 o'clock position on the "controller" so give that a press and the menus are probably still the same (ie: GENERAL - ILLUM - COLOR) Here's a picture

I’ve tried pressing adj but it only comes up with display and up and down just say on or off

Try left and right?
