Greetigs, I plan to replace my old worn out factory speakers with new ones, but I don't know what are the dimensons of original speakers, and what potential size upgrades I can do. Hopefully someone knows so I don't have to take apart half the car just to measure them. Thanks in advance.

IIRC, front and rear are 6.5". Rear can also take 6x9s. The front tweeters are easy to take out from the sides of the dashboard and you can glue in a replacement to the existing grilles.
I'm not actually convinced that changing the size of the rear speakers makes much sense. Most 6.5" speakers come out better in reviews than their sister 6x9s. However, also IIRC, the originals are fitted to the rear side cards, and the 6x9s can be easily screwed to the stiffer metal of the body.

Also, not sure the rear speakers are of any real use apart from for providing some direct sound to rear passengers if you have them. A small sub (I placed in the rear wing on mine) to fill in the lower frequencies makes a much more dramatic difference.

I found great 6.5" speakers for the front doors, but what dimensions are the two tweeters in the front dashboard?

If you want to keep the original location, you will almost certainly have to do a little customising. The original tweeter needs to be removed and a new one glued in place. Take one of the tweeter grilles out and you will be able to see what is possible. It looked like pretty much any normal 1/2" to 3/4" tweeter would fit as long as there is some flat area to do the gluing.

Replaced the blown front speakers and now everything is functioning, including the rear which I didn't touch. But since I already bought the replacement for the rear too,can someone guide me how to remove the door panels?

There is an excellent ‘how to’ guide on the how to section of the forum which will lead you through this

Thanks for the info,I found it but I couldn't find any pics where it shows removal process. Do the panels on the rear "doors" have any screws at all or I simply remove them by hand?

See the how to remove rear three quarter panels which explains the process. There are a good selection of photos of what is looks like behind this panel and how to fit larger speakers in the ICE FAQ.
