ePer says bare door 19.1 kg, door skin 6.5 kg, so depending on what's still attached (metal strip, door handle, door card, lock, B pillar trim, glass window, window motor, seals, hinges) I guess in the range 20-30 kg?

Simon I can tell you I weighed mine at 30kg for the door with no door card or mirror but fully packaged for sending.

Did you lower the window glass before sending? Was thinking it might protect the glass and be easier to carry....

Also when the lock is changed over you can get at the fixings...

Honestly can't remember there's a possibility it would have been. I'd packed around the edges with the foam pipe lagging stuff and heavy duty cardboard.

This is interesting information. No wonder they can't shut when jacked up! I knew they were heavy..but wasn't expecting 30kg ooo

To a certain extent, yes. But alot of it is to do with the size and weight of the door. The opening is huge.
