Last year it was the passenger door not opening from the inside, this year it's the passenger seat not moving properly and being a little loose. Both ten minute fixes, not bad for a 23yr old! It's now having it's rear discs replaced as an advisory, a new matrix and bonnet struts as they've given up during the MOT! I think the tester didn't appreciate being hit by a coupe bonnet so had another look around to find something to fail on!

If they were the early type of manual locking strut and were broken by the MoT tester, then it serves him/her right (I've had mine broken by the MoT tester before)

These are the newer type Dave, but were fine before the MOT so don't have a lot of sympathy!

Apparently the struts er, dysfunction, has corrected itself so no longer need new ones, though for how long.. I'll start slipping some blue pills into the radiator to see if it helps! I think it just took a dislike to the tester.
