It's the Practical Classics Restoration Show at the NEC Birmingham from Friday 18th to Sunday 20th March thumb

Set-up day for those involved will be on Thursday 17th.

The theme is demonstrating the restoration of a car from a barn type find to working on an average car to the final vehicle in excellent condition so three cars in total. I'm pleased to say that Joe (Countrycruising) is supplying all three coupes. Obviously the amount of 'restoration' will be limited but we aim to have enough accessible tasks to interest and engage visitors.

As usual we ask for help manning the stand so seeking volunteers from forum members to assist. However please note the following:

1. Should you wish to help, you must become a FCCUK club member (£10 per year) for insurance purposes.
2. The club will contribute towards costs should you stay two or more nights in overnight accommodation.
3. Helpers will get free admission passes to the show and for first timers, the club will provide a complimentary polo shirt.

Should you be interested, then use the doodle poll to enter which day you'd be free to assist:

From personal experience, there is a lot of interest from visitors towards the coupe and it's a great opportunity to give up a little bit of your time to promote the car's we love and the club smile
