While BVAC hoped to avoid fees, due to increased costs and the cancellations of 2020 and 2021 we find it necessary to introduce an entry fee of £5, admitting the vehicle, the driver and one passenger. BVAC Members are exempt from the fee. Viewing of the motorsport event on Sunday is included. Additional passengers will require general admission tickets. We recommend purchasing these in advance at www.sirjackiestewartclassic.com.
They need to know everyone's details in plenty of time for insurance purposes so when I know the requirements I'll ask attendees to PM them to me.

I've sent a PM to all on the list re entry ticket payments - the organisers have requested that money is transferred in a single transaction rather than from each of the (potentially) 10 of us.

Rendezvous for this at the Steading carpark, Fairmilehead on A702.
There may be some who are coming from the south and do not wish to make a double journey - we will have a stand allocated so bear in mind there will be hopefully ten Coupés eventually parked together.
Hi Simon - little point me driving up to the RV only to retrace my journey back to the event (I'm only 35 mins away). I could meet up with you all at Carfraemill perhaps?

Yes there is a small car parking area opposite the Carfraemill Hotel/Bar/Restaurant
Peeps - just so you know, Carfraemill do takeaway tea and breakfast rolls so can always meet up a bit earlier and get the day off to a good start with some personal re-fuelling

The steading is still best option for me I pretty much want to go straight right from where I am but the roads don’t really work that way down here hehe
I’ve took the Saturday night off as well as Sunday so I won’t be knackered coming off a nightshift like I have in the past
Is it carfraemill we stopped at before as I remember getting pictures took across road from a pub the last time we went to thirlestane

We'll head up to Carfraemill and meet up with some of you there. Brekkie rolls sound like a good option to start the day. Setting off around 8 should get us there for 9:30ish or sooner
This is how it should have come out of Torino!

Waiting to hear of official "get-in" times but I'd imagine 0845/0900
Pack was waiting for me when I got home from Viva Italia - quick answer is
"Please make every effort to arrive by 9.00 a.m...."
...which means
Leave: Carfraemill at 0845
Leave: The Steading Fairmilehead at 0805
So meet at The Steading 0800 hrs.
I'll scan the paperwork and post it later on - update - see below
We have YELLOW numbers, and there is strict instruction indicated on the Schematic Map how we should approach our pitch, Y18. Tbh I find them slightly confusing but as long as we stick together and "do as we're told" it'll be fine!
I'll hand everyone out their individual sheets of these along with wristbands and yellow ID plates at the rendezvous points.

My dad has had a change of heart and is now coming so I’m coming with him and my twin brother I did think with it being Father’s Day he would change his mind, hope this doesn’t mean I have to buy everything on the day lol
I'll be at The Mill for c 0800hrs for a spot o' breaky.
Simon - noticed that it's unlikely that you'll be at Raby so you ok if I take the club banner from you after Thirlestane? I can return it later as I'm basically a short blast down the road from you.

Rambling big site though, which while enjoyable, was a trek.walked 5 miles with my grandson, and that was just the toilet and burger queues.
Good driving roads in the area, easy access and very good value. There were lots of small owner groups of varying types and ages of cars, so something interesting for every one.
Henry and I will give it a go again next year.

No that’s not mine I have heard there’s a guy who had 2 coupes where your suggesting Dundonald Road I think it’s called across from golf course but they have built a garage so maybe the coupes moved indoors or they got rid of them
