New to forums so forgive me if my forum etiquette isn't correct.
Looking for some help, i've seen a post from back in 2019 for a Fiat Couple 20v turbo in Moon grey (W463BDP). I'm looking to track it down if it's still about, doing this as i bought it new back in 2000 and would love to possible own it again.
I nearly went to look at it when up for sale around 2012 but had just bought a Seat Alahambra the week.
Always loved the Moonie especially the LE, saw LE 20 VT down in Devon years ago and always thought thats the one, especially with a few extra horses like the one CC sold recently.
Ah, Duffy's old Plus, remember it well but the reg was different then - C20 VTP.
Belonged to Duncan78 before he bought it, then after a quality restoration it went to a chap in Stepps near Glasgow - whom I bumped into only a month ago at an Italian car show.
oh so it had or might have a different place on? W463 BDP is coming up on DVLA as SORN and last MOT'd Dec 2020.
Even if who ever has isn't interested in selling at this time i'd like to pass on my details to see if i could possibly have first refusal on it if ever was selling.
Had 3 fiats before the Coupe, An Uno 14ie, Punto Sporting (1.6) and a 98R Punto GT. all class but then then coupe which was my dream car. wishing i'd kept it but i had to local dealer in Keswick loads of times saying i was getting a bit of blue smoke whilst under the warranty and they kept telling me it was fine and nothing wrong with it. It didn't sit right with me as i new it just wasn't right so traded it it with them on a Stilo Abarth (just didn't cut it for me after the coupe). They called me a few month later to say i'd been right and it was getting a new engine.
Well 22 years have past and nothing i've owned has come close to the coupe hence i thought i'd have a go at tracking it down.
Morning, Don't suppose any one has a contact for Joe 78 or could pass mine onto him. I looks like Joe 78 sold it to the current owner, who now has it SORN'd for last 2 years
