Hi all,

for the last couple of days, my coupe is showing the "emergency brake/parking brake" red warning light when the car is under heavy acceleration. Is that a sign of low brake fluid? Because it doesn't seem to be going down. I'm assuming the fluid moves back and the sensor detects it being low, but not sure if the "low fluid" light and "parking brake light" are the same thing.

Yes brake fluid is low so when you accelerate it sloshes bringing the light on.

Check the clutch slave for signs of fluid passing the seals, that's the no 1 culprit.

Yes. Clutch and brakes from the same reservoir. You won't loose brakes from a cluth leak however.
