Club membership numbers whilst the costs for hosting the Fiat Coupe

Forum web site have increased. Club membership pays for the Forum and

provides other benefits, and to ensure the long term viability of the

Club and Forum, it has been discussed and agreed at the recent AGM that

the technical sections of the Forum should be accessible only to Club

members with a current subscription, starting from 01-January-2026.

Anonymous Unregistered A	just after informed opinions here really as sound quality is quite subjective; how bad is the clarion unit? and how much should i spend on a replacement unit to make it a worthwile noticeable improvement? cheers

Anonymous Unregistered A	I got an Alpine Unit about a year ago and quite happy with it - the radio reception is still quite poor but then thats not the head units fault. I also only really got a replacement for the Clarion because the power button had fallen off and the Alpine was a gift

bockers Hon Club Member 007 Forum Fossil Joined: Dec 2005 Posts: 21,082 Chertsey in the Thames	The Clarion is quite poor and Old now. Most £200+ HU's will sound better, a lot better. Alpine have a very good reputation as do Blaupunt and a few others.
