In Surrey, is that in the rather expensive car park just off the A30, by the large park that is Virginia Water, rather than the little town nearby?

Will have to see maybe they will do the surrey meet later on in Feb, but then again whats stopping us from meeting up in weybridge and convoying to Virginia Water and kinda surprise them and watch as they see lots of coop's pull into the carpark

Is this a daytime event? i guess so? :s

most people were aiming to get there for 11am, im not sure what time it wraps up, but im sure there will still be people there in the late afternoon. going on the cars at chelsea bridge last night, 3 baby astons, ultima, 3 vipers, 360, 2 f430 spiders etc, very tasty. it will be worth a look.

I've got my sister and in-laws coming over that day, but hey, I'll suggest we all go to VW for a nice walk in the park.

Lo, what's that ahead? Gosh what a stroke of luck, once my 6 year old sees the fairlady he'll be off...

Nigel and I are going to be there, so you won't be the only Coupe in the village.

I'm number 137 btw
Nigel is on the tunnel run list.

WooHooo!

LOTS of noise coming up - mind you, I think my weedy 2 litre 5-pot is going to sound a bit tame next to a Viper with twice the cylinders and four times the capacity

Why?

It was quite possibly the cheapest car there - certainly one of the lowest powered, unequivocally the dirtiest and definitely not the best sounding (did you hear that Lambo in the tunnels? - shivers down the spine stuff)

Mind you, the Coop made some nice noises as I had to blat past a bus down Oxford Street - 7,000 rpm in second gear = lots of turned heads

mine was the cheapest car there and with it not running right again, i had been losing faith in the coop! the black and yellow exige was crazy loud! and the tuscan s!

Markyboy, i think that was Nigels coop, mine was further down, will get my pics posted tomo.

Yup was Nigels coupe and it was filthy! Pics to prove it as well

I think you will find i had the cheapest car there by miles and probably the least under-powered as well!

70mph down oxford street? Must have been like breaking the sound barrier, being so busy/built up!

Sideways a LOT

I got there just before 11 and left at about half 12, was hungry as hadn't eaten breakfast, was a nice array of machinery including a TVR cerbera with a chevvy 5.7l engine in it!

First chance i've had to get one here. Good to meet you Gumballer, we didn't much chance to say more than hi as I was stressing about getting the filming done.

Good to see you again Beggers + missus.

Lastly, a HUGE thanks to Nigel and son for supporting and helping me with the filming of both the tunnel run and the VW meet. More on this later when I have more time...

Excuse the cheeky advertising here, i'm still chuffed to bits to see my company name on so many great cars.
