Wonder what needs doing? I've got a '96 model which has pretty well been rebuilt over the last three years and 94k on it..not sure I want to go there again..but it does look nice. Now if they said 'Ok Guv..7k' then things get interesting.

Rang dealer..5th call today. Anybody on here?
Car was traded into Windsor Nissan in p/x for a 4x4..Yuk! 3 keys, no service history. Sales guy says a new timing belt will be included in the deal. He's been quoted a horrible price, engine out etc by Fiat Dublin.
His comment is the car is scruffy but sound.
I'd take the value of the belt change off the price and run it down to Linnanes..
So there it is.

I looked at a car in this dealers before. When they say scruffy they mean it. I would think the price would be well negotiable though. If not now it will be in 3 months time.
Although, did anybody see the silver 20VT for sale in Sandyford motors for about the last six months. He lowered the price to 6,950 but just raised it recently again to 7,500. I think eyeore's LE might have had something to do with that.

I drove the silver VT in Sandyford and walked quickly away afterwards. At first drive it looked like needing major work done to the front suspension and probably a new turbo.
I see from his advert that he says 'recon turbo!' whether that means its been done, needs doing or there's one rattling about in the boot...
