what are the downsides and upsides of them?how strong are turbos,what oil pressuree should be on 97k engine? is manifold a weak point?running temps?spooling and turbocut in revs?anything major i should look for?

I get the impression that the minimum hot oil pressure would be okay as low as 1.1 bar not 1.5 as on a 20v. I thought the manifold problem was more or less unique to the 20VT

oil pressue can drop below 1 even - I've read that a few peoples 16v (maybe not turbos) sit low, mine drops a smig below one, always has.
