benje OP My life on the forum B Joined: May 2006 Posts: 1,855 Birmingham	Totally standard rebuild, I believe (from what I can remember from my telephone conversation) Oversize bearings New thrust bearing (I assume 270 degree standards) New oil seals New Turbine + Shaft New Actuator Was £280 + vat, not cheap I know, but it feels and looks like a new turbo so should hopefully out last the car now!

Fitted it today and the car seems a whole lot more responsive, seems to come on boost a bit quicker also (I realise this is probably all in my head!) Also fitted an uncracked manifold so this may have something to do with it!
